Chaffinch in flight 2 od stuant63

It's really hard to get good shots of birds in flight, I am finding. For a decent depth of field (to hopefully get the bird in focus) means that you need to use a smallish aperture and therefore you need lots of light - which is quite rare in Scotland. High ISO setting tends to produce quite a bit of graininess with my camera as you can see. Still, I am quite pleased with some of my results. Blurred wings, sharpish head and bokeh(?) thingy background.
